Meet the Leaders
Why I Serve a leadership role with Chicktime: I was searching, looking for a way to give back to my community. I wanted to be part of something bigger than myself. I initially didn’t think leadership was for me. But if not me, then who? And that began to turn into why not me? I began to believe in myself that I could do it. I could get others involved. I might not could change the world but I could change the lives of just a handful and for me that’s enough. It all started just because I believed.
My Passions and Gifts: My passions range from emotionally investing in others well being, volunteering to helping others see the best in themselves. My gifts go from crafting, showing love, to writing and party planning.
Hobbies and Interests: Did I mention I like to write? I like to do bible studies, be creative, cook, clean (weird I know), learn new things, read, volunteer and of course my favorite hobby is showing love.
Why I Serve a leadership role with Chicktime: I enjoy helping others. I truly believe in the Pregnancy Center and what it stands for. When I was a single mom I could have used this. I struggled on my own since my support system lived out of state. It is a good way to give back to my community since I have been blessed with the man I married who took my daughter and raised and loved her as his own.
