Today we learned how gratitude impacts our state of mind, made a gratitude wreath to fill over the month and wrote gratitude cards.
We know that the brain changes with experience, but did you know that our brains are primed to notice the negative and practicing gratitude daily, even for small things, will teach the brain to tune in positive thoughts and improve our state of mind?
