November News

For the month of November, we will be meeting on November 9th from 2:00-4:00 pm to bring FUN and EMPOWERMENT to the women of Northwest Arkansas.

October Highlights
In October we had a volunteer come in and teach an insanity class for the moms, and we provided childcare for the moms who had kids. We played games with the kids and gave them a snack (decorated Halloween cookies!), and the moms enjoyed their workout time! For security reasons we cannot show photos, but rest assured the moms and kids had a great time!
