September workshop items have been dropped off to our girls
πŸ‘©πŸ»πŸ‘©πŸΌπŸ‘©πŸΏπŸ‘©πŸ½ @meadowlands.We have not 🚫 visited with our girls since March and I am awareπŸ˜₯ that some of them suffer from stress, depression😞, lonelinessπŸ™πŸ»β€β™€οΈ or at times unlovedπŸ’” due to Covid 19 we as adults battle the same health and mental illnesses so I wanted to make sure that our girls have tools πŸ“što help them cope with. This months volunteer was Laura Peters kuddos to her for providing each girl with their own small stress boxπŸ—³οΈ and materials each girls has their own slinky ring πŸ’ to help them ease their anxiety, a tiny squishy🧁 to calm them down, bubblesπŸ’­ because who doesn’t loveβ™₯️ to blow bubbles to help them relaxπŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ by inhalingπŸ‘ƒ and exhaling, in order to release some stress and a bookπŸ“š with tips to help them cope with their feelings.πŸ˜–πŸ˜•πŸ˜“πŸ˜‘πŸ˜€πŸ˜±

School supplies,🏫 βœ‚οΈπŸ“βœοΈπŸ“πŸ–ŠοΈπŸ–οΈmasks😷 and bag packsπŸŽ’ were delivered a wide variety of candy also
