Meet The Leaders
Chicktime Tulsa is currently looking at building their leadership team!
Chicktime Tulsa Managing Leader
Why I serve a leadership role with Chicktime:
I became active in a group that was already leading Chicktime crafts at a local shelter. I enjoyed being involved in one of the crafts last year. When a new leader was needed I step into the leadership role. I love pouring into other people with love. I love doing crafts and being around people. The combination that was offered through Chicktime has been a delight.
My passions and gifts:
I love time with people, art, and helping others. Serving with Chicktime allows me to put these three together to help others and help them see they are loved and important.
My hobbies and interests:
I love art, hiking, kayaking, travel, and scuba diving. Art has been something I have loved for as long as I can remember. I have always preferred being outside in nice weather.
Chicktime Tulsa Co-Leader
Why I Serve a Leadership Role With Chicktime:
These days everyone talks about Paying Forward, for me I feel like I am paying back. I raised 4 kids on my own, I was Blessed to have people step forward and offer help when I needed it the most. I want to be that in another person’s life.
My Passions and Gifts:
I have the gift to gab, I have yet to meet a stranger! Somehow people feel comfortable around me and tell me their stories. It is my hope that I am able to leave them with words of encouragement or inspiration to keep moving forward in life.
My Hobbies and Interests:
I love to travel, explore new cultures, eat new foods and different lifestyle. At the end of the day we are all the same and all different! Since I can’t travel every weekend, you can find me hiking on trails or kayaking.
We are looking for two women to join our leadership team. Reach out to Leiah if you are interested!
